     Field Services works to improve communications between school districts and the Texas Education Agency.  Field Services also assists school districts in the area of general administration by providing information and by researching the contacts within the Texas Education Agency who can provide needed  expertise and information.  Field Service Agents provide assistance in general administration to the school districts in Region 16, as well as provide hands-on assistance to the districts in the form of technical assistance and training for district staff, administration, and school board members.
