Open Lab Times for Scheduling

PEIMS is over and now it is time to focus on scheduling for next year...please contact Brenda Pollard (brenda.pollard@esc16.net or 677-5112) to setup a time to work on your schedules in our IMS Lab at Region 16.  We will have open lab time July 31, August 1, & August 6-8.

How to Submit Requests for Assistance

A step by step of the process is outlined below and should be followed each time you have an issue that needs to be addressed:

1. You are experiencing an issue and you need student services
2. E-mail a detailed explanation of the problem to student.services@esc16.net
3. Your e-mail is sent into a queue in the order it was received, time and date stamped
4. A student services consultant will then email or call you

5. If we call and you are not available: call or e-mail only the consultant that attempted to contact you by using the consultant’s personal e-mail address or direct line.

6. All correspondence for that issue will be handled by the same consultant until resolved

We continually strive to improve our service to you and feel like this procedure will help us with that goal.
