Open Lab Times

The 2007-2008 Summer Submission is now open. 

Please contact Brenda Pollard (brenda.pollard@esc16.net or (806) 677-5112) to setup a time to work on your Summer PEIMS Submission in our IMS Lab at Region 16. 

How to Submit Requests for Assistance

A step by step of the process is outlined below and should be followed each time you have an issue that needs to be addressed:

  1. You are experiencing an issue and you need student services
  2. E-mail a detailed explanation of the problem to student.services@esc16.net
  3. Your e-mail is sent into a queue in the order it was received, time and date stamped
  4. A student services consultant will then email or call you

  5. If we call and you are not available: call or e-mail only the consultant that attempted to contact you by using the consultant’s personal e-mail address or direct line. The consultant will then contact you by phone or email you back. 

  6. All correspondence for that issue will be handled by the same consultant until resolved

We continually strive to improve our service to you and feel like this procedure will help us with that goal. 

Important:  Please include your name, phone number and the school you are with when sending us your e-mails.

Always bring a light jacket or sweater to our workshops; the rooms have a tendency to be a little cold.

Thursday, April 24th -- Summer PEIMS Submission Workshop. Bell Street Location.

Session #75215. Registration will be from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 am and our kickoff meeting will begin at 9:30 in the Lecture Hall. You will have the opportunity to plan your day according to your needs as we will be offering several break out sessions for you to attend.  The break out sessions will be in various rooms throughout the day until 3:00 pm; then we will all gather back in the Lecture Hall for a Q & A session with all the specialists.  It should be an exciting and information packed day.  We hope to see you there!
