We celebrate children for their unique and special abilities!

Preschool children with disabilities learn and play with children who have no disabilities in Head Start/Early Head Start programs across the country.  At least 10 percent of HS/EHS enrollment space is allotted for children with disabilities.

Head Start/Early Head Start offers assistance to families to provide services needed for their children.

Head Start/Early Head Start works with any agency that is currently serving a child.  For example: Early Childhood Intervention (ECI), Amarillo Speech & Hearing, Amarillo ISD.

Head Start/ Early Head Start provides transition services for all children.
