Panhandle Area Collaborative

for Excellence in Teaching American History (II)

Region 16 has been awarded a second Teaching American History grant funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The grant will run through September 30, 2008, and will provide content-specific staff development opportunities as well as training on specific teaching strategies for the history classroom. All grade levels may apply for the program.
