Videoconference Field Trips
Contract Information

 

 

This contract will pay the program fees for a wide variety of videoconference enrichment programs for students and professional development sessions for teachers.
 
Region 16 Education Service Center will provide services for contracting K-12 districts with a videoconference system connected to the region16.net system and contracted with Region 16 ESC to provide videoconference service and support.

School districts will be able to schedule 10 field trips of their choosing during the contract year.  Districts have the option to attend additional sessions scheduled by other districts, as available.  Districts must give a minimum two-week advance notice in Field Trip scheduling requests.

After receiving scheduling confirmation of a Field Trip, districts may not cancel a Field Trip without forfeiting that field trip as counting as one of the ten.

Districts may elect to purchase additional field trips beyond the basic package of ten.
