The Region 16 Direct Services Contract is designed to provide schools with the technical assistance and support that they need in order to maintain compliance standards in the areas of health services, counseling services, and library services. Region 16 Education Service Center employs certified personnel in each of these three program areas who, in turn, work directly with each of the participating districts to meet locally identified needs and requirements.
