- Consultative services

- Coordination of services with other agencies who serve hearing impaired children
- Dissemination of current information/materials and local resources
- Provide workshops, conferences, and in-service, including language and literacy sign class
- Loan of assistive listening devices/auditory trainers, as needed and available
- Identification, screening, and resources for appropriate assessment; resources for hearing aids and educational options
- Family consultation and education
