The registration deadline and testing date for Credit by Exam Test Purchasing Services for 2005-2006 is listed below:

SPRING 2006
LEA registration deadline: March 23, 2006
Region 16 registration deadline: March 27, 2006

Test will be ordered on March 28, 2006.
TEST TO BE ADMINISTERED: APRIL 8, 2006 - MAY 6, 2006

SUMMER 2006
LEA registration deadline: MAY 17, 2006
Region 16 registration deadline: May 19, 2006

Test will be ordered on May 22, 2006
TEST TO BE ADMINISTERED: JUNE 3, 2006 - JULY 1, 2006

The amount owed by each district will be determined by the total of tests ordered by Region 16 ESC.

1-10 exams - $31 per exam
11-2O exams - $23 per exam
21 or more exams - $15 per exam

Order Process

Complete the Student Form including the footer.
Use the Test List for test codes.
Email this completed student form to Cindy Todd at cindy.todd@esc16.net
