Action Required: Grade Reporting

In Grade Reporting>Maintenance>Master Schedule>Campus Schedule>Section Tab.

If you have a section where the Pop Served field is set to 06, Special Education Students, you will have to address the Sped Stu Age Range Field that is located right about the Pop Served Field.  This field defaults to 00 but must be updated to reflect the grade range of students served.

 

Census Block

We are still on hold for Census Block functionality.

 

Staff Responsibilities

Please move forward with entering staff responsibilities in Personnel.  

Reminder for staff that serves Pop Served 06, Special Education Students,  to update the SPED Student Age Range field in Personnel>Maintenance>Staff Demo>Responsibility Tab

Budget

Please make sure you forward the IMS Business Announcement that went out on 10/31 to your Business Managers. This has important information regarding how to handle Budget for October.

Discipline: 

Forward to Administrators: 

TEALearn is now offering the TEA 2024-2025 Student Discipline – Chapter 37 Training as a self-paced online course. This online training provides the same comprehensive information previously available in-person and virtually, led by Mary Scott.

 

Important Details:

  • Account Required: If you haven't created a TEALearn account, you'll need to do so before enrolling.
  • Access the Training: Links can be found on the TEA Student Discipline webpage under the "Student Discipline Professional Development Training" section.
  • Certificate of Completion: After finishing the course and a short quiz, you'll receive a certificate. Keep this certificate if you plan to attend Student Discipline Office Hours.
