FLIPS- Foundational Leadership of Instructional Practices and Systems- is designed to prepare, support, and coach leaders in carrying out leadership responsibilities. These responsibilities include establishing clear roles, ensuring consistent monitoring, and aligning practices to the Effective Schools Framework (ESF). Working alongside campus teams, FLIPS strengthens leadership capacity and planning systems, with a particular focus on the practices outlined in Lever 1: Strong School Leadership and Planning of the ESF

Join us for a session that equips school leaders with the tools to build a culture grounded in trust and accountability. Through an exploration of psychological safety, proactive leadership, and effective communication, participants will deepen their understanding of how documentation practices support growth and legal protection. Attendees will learn to distinguish between conduct and performance issues and practice crafting clear, objective documentation. Emphasis will be placed on strategies to foster clarity, consistency, and fairness. Leave with the skills to implement documentation that reflects professionalism and builds a stronger team culture.

Leading Beyond the Classroom - Transitioning into school leadership requires more than a new position. It requires a new mindset. This session helps aspiring administrators develop their leadership identity while exploring emotional intelligence, effective communication, ethical decision-making, and strategies for managing time and priorities. Participants will leave with practical tools to build trust, influence others, and confidently make the shift from classroom teacher to campus leader

The Campus Leadership Series: Calibrating the Compass gives principals and assistant principals a place to sharpen their leadership and stay grounded in the work that matters.
