Fall PEIMS Resubmission is open. The due date is next Thursday, January 30th.
Here are some reminders about reasons to consider working on and completing a Fall PEIMS Resubmission:
- Your district was unable to clear all fatals in Fall PEIMS first submission. TEA downgraded those fatals in order for the submission to be completed but need to be corrected in Resubmission.
- Your district was unable to review and correct warning/special warnings on the validation error report.
- Your district has unaffiliated staff and/or students that are unresolved. (TSDS>DMC)
- Your district had unresolved Level 1 errors in ASCENDER > District Administration > Inquiry > TSDS Level 1 Errors that need to be reviewed and determined if corrections are needed to correctly report data being affected by these errors.
- Your district was unable to review and confirm all Fall PEIMS Reports for accuracy (Here is the link to the list of reports TEA suggests to run to confirm data. This is not an exhaustive list. TEA has identified an issue where not all staff are showing on PDM1-111-002 Staff Roster Report. TEA is expecting this to be fixed Friday, 1/24/25).
