Directions for Submitting a Public Information Act Request
Region 16 Education Service Center, as a local governmental entity, is subject to the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act.
All public information requests must be submitted in writing to the public information officer (email is acceptable) and should contain the following information:
1. Name
2. Address
3. Phone Number
4. Description of the information and/or document being requested
All Public Information Requests should be submitted by one of the following methods:
