2023 Tax Table Files and Import Instructions
The 2023 tax table files are now available to import into ASCENDER. The updated instructions and files can be found under the IMS Business website > Documentation > Payroll/Personnel > Year-End – Calendar.
The 2023 tax tables must be uploaded before payroll can be processed for 2023. Use the IRS Publication 15 Circular E to verify the tax table information that is imported is correct. Each district is responsible for verifying and updating all rates prior to running January payroll.
If your district ran a payroll in 2023 prior to receiving the 2023 tables, please be sure that the 2023 tables are imported as soon as possible.
