ASCENDER 9.0305 and 9.0306 were installed on 11/11/24 and 11/12/24 respectively. See attachment for some additional information regarding this update.
Highlights are below:
- Census Block Export/Import Process is now working. Click here for the ASCENDER Census Block Step by Step Guide.
- Server related settings were adjusted to help with the completion of data being sent during the extract and send process
- Other level 1 errors that are still being investigated. Some may be cleared up based on the server setting adjustments mentioned previously

Current ESC-16 ASCENDER and TSDS TIMS tickets:
Due to the nature of the ASCENDER releases and the items that it was scheduled to fix we have resolved many of the tickets (ASCENDER and TIMS) that have been entered. In response to this we ask that you do the following:
- Ensure an extract/send (either manual or nightly) processes and completed. You can confirm this by navigating to DA>Inquiry>TSDS level 1 errors and clicking the reprint extract error report button and review the date and time stamp of the report and the last line to confirm the process completed.
- Review your Level 1 errors to determine if previous errors have been cleaned up
- Schedule a Level 2 validation report in TSDS>DMC and review it the next day or promote/validate Fall PEIMS data and review the validation report. Determine if the existing
- Review the TSDS>DMC for Level 1.5 filter issues and Student and Staff Unaffiliated Reports (if experiencing these) and determine if these have cleared.
- Comment on any tickets still open that relate to TSDS Fall PEIMS issues you are having or create new ones to let us know what is going on.

3. Entities by Submission - Use this page in the TWEDS to see exactly which entities are PEIMS and Core Collections. This is an easy way to know which submission the data you are sending is for.
