December 411 Now Available
The December 411 recording is now available on the IMS Business > 411 Webinar page.
The reminders mentioned below and many more were discussed in detail during the 411 webinar. Please check it out if you were unable to attend.
Important Reminders:
- We are currently awaiting the next release that will have the New Fall Finance TSDS Data screen in District Admin for Correcting Budget/Payroll Submission data after Period 10 is closed.
- The 9.0400 release included a one-time TSDS Payroll extract, which should have corrected S-type supplements and amounts associated with payroll accounts. Any recent changes to TSDS Payroll data will also be included.
- Note: For any changes after this extract, the new Fall Finance TSDS Data screen will need to be used. This includes if employee payroll amounts or distributions need to be corrected for TSDS Fall PEIMS purposes only.
- We reviewed the ASCENDER Midyear Preparation during the 411 spotlight and discussed the updated guidance regarding the SSA’s for Midyear PEIMS.
- 2025 Tax Table Imports
- We will send out an IMS Business announcement as soon as the new tax table imports for the 2025 year are available. This announcement will also include information on how to install these tables.
- These tax tables must be imported into ASCENDER before you can run the first payroll of the calendar year for 2025.
- We also covered the First Payroll of the Calendar Year reminders during the webinar.
- Region 16 ESC will be closed starting at noon on Friday, December 20, 2024, through Friday, January 3, 2025.
