The following are current known issues for the Class Roster Winter Submission.
- 30040-0058 - Creditable Years of Service/TIA error - Resolution coming in the next ASCENDER Update - 9.0705. ASCENDER isn't successfully sending the Creditable Years of Services value.
- Teacher Incentive Allotment error always sends a value of 01 regardless of what is entered (which shows incorrect value on CLS-100-005 Report) - Resolution coming in the next ASCENDER Update - 9.0705.
- ORA0001 - unique constraint (.) violated at ORA-06512: at SCH_CC.CLS_ETL_2025_WNTR_STU_CRSE_SECT", line 182 - Student Section Entity has multiple tracks for the same courses - SQL was applied Thursday, 3/6/25 to resolve this issue. If you are seeing this one ensure a successful extract/send and promotion/validation for CRW is done and the data issue is reviewed.
- Error: Teacher Class Assignment has duplicate records. Some issues related to this error were resolved via a sql. The others are still being researched.
- 40100-0197 & 40110-0224 - Some issues related to this error were resolved via a sql. The others are still being researched.
- 40110-0223 - Some resolved via SQL. The others are still being researched.
- TCC identified an issue with missing end dates on the Staff Section Association entity that is causing the error: Teacher Class Assignment has Duplicate Records. This error occurs when the campus has more than one track. SQL was applied Thursday, 3/6/25 to resolve this issue. If you are seeing this one ensure a successful extract/send and promotion/validation for CRW is done and the data issue is reviewed.
Many of you have already entered ESC-16 ASCENDER and/or TIMS tickets regarding these issues that we are working on with you. Please continue to provide troubleshooting steps that you have worked through (see Process of troubleshooting a validation error and providing needed information for an example of gathering the information related to errors).
