ISSUE:
The Student Section extract is only populating the course completion with a value of 1 in the 6th session. This is causing SW 50300-0002 to trigger.
SW 50300-0002: For each Section, there should be at least one StudentSectionAssociation.
Fix Applied: ASCENDER/TCC Programming applied a correction on 6/12/2025 at 11:30am that will send the first semester course completions and SQL to trigger resending the necessary Student Sections.
NOTICE: This will be a complete resend of StudentSection records for High School Credit courses. Please note it will take extra time for the extract and send to complete because of this.
ACTION NEEDED BY DISTRICT:
TSDS coordinators - Please complete an extract and send and promote and validate data for Summer PEIMS to determine if the fix noted corrects the SW 50300-0002.
