Extended Year PEIMS submission is due on August 28th. This is not a required submission but it is critical that you review
The PEIMS extended submission (Submission 4) includes program data for instructional activities between school years for extended year services (ESY), flexible attendance for OFSDP credit/promotion recovery program, BIL/ESL summer school program, Additional Days School Year (ADSY) program, and course completions for high school CTE courses, dual-credit courses, College Prep Math and ELA.

Extended Year PEIMS - ASCENDER Data Review Video - This guide explains how to access the correct year and setup and enter the appropriate data for the program data mentioned above. It is critical to remember that if your district has already completed ASDR in are in the 25-26 school year in the database you will need to make sure to enter the data in the 24-25 historical year or in the case of course completions use the ending school year of 2025 on the prior year transfer tab and enter the additional fields required.
