ASCENDER Six Weeks Report Card Checklist
Attendees will be trained on how to complete the six week/Cycle report cards process. This includes setting up report card comments, messages, verifying table setups, identifying missing and incomplete grades, posting grades from TeacherPortal, printing report cards, and printing and saving recommended reports. Steps for all campus types (Elementary, Secondary & Single-Campus districts) will be covered.

TEA Student Attendance Accounting Handbook Audit Review
TEA will be here to provide tips and suggestions that will assist district personnel from making costly errors on TSDS submissions. They will answer any questions & clarify other issues associated with TSDS PEIMS, Core Submissions, Student Attendance, & the Student Handbook (SAAH).

PEIMS Fall Enrollment Workshop
During this training, we will cover submission requirements for the New PEIMS Fall Enrollment Submission, any updated information to the Teacher Vacancy Submission and the Collection of Grievance Data. We will also discuss upcoming changes to the Early Childhood Data System Collection.

ASCENDER - Managing Graduation Plan (Zoom Training)
We will explore, in detail, how to manage student graduation plans. This includes an in-depth discussion and explanation of the student individual maintenance tabs: Grade Level, Course Detail, Credit Detail, PGP, and Performance Acknowledgement. An explanation and discussion of Graduation Plan reports will be covered and what information from the Graduation Plan prints on the student's transcript. This zoom will have breakout rooms where attendees will participate in subject specific activities to reinforce the material being taught.
