Data Connect Schedule Sends to IODS (TSDS) and EODS (The Exchange)

 

TSDS Coordinators,

 

We hope your year has started off well.  We previously reviewed with you the steps to get the 2026-2027 Data Connect Schedule Sends to IODS (TSDS) and EODS (Exchange) set up so that data would begin flowing.  If you have not done the steps below, it is critical that you complete ALL of these steps.

 

Here is a recap of those steps and the slide deck used during 2026-2027 TSDS Kickoff, followed up with additional reminders from the PEIMS Fall Enrollment training:

 

  1. Ensure the EODS (Exchange) instance exists and set up the IODS instance (slides 8-39)
  2. Set up a Scheduled Send for the IODS (TSDS) and EODS (Exchange) (Slides 40-42)
  3. Tx Education Exchange Login - Please login to the Exchange and set 2026-27 School Year to Default and Enable User Sync. Click here to view the guide that shows you the steps to complete.

 

TSDS Submission Due Dates that are quickly approaching:

1st Six Weeks Attendance Due: October 8, 2026

PEIMS Fall Enrollment Submission due date for LEAs: October 15, 2026
