Issue with verifying Dyslexia Services on SRG1200

Dyslexia Risk and Dyslexia Services were split out to have their own data entry boxes on demo 3 starting this year.

The Dyslexia Services values changed this year to have options (04 IEP Dyslexia and Related Disorder Svcs, 05 Section 504 Dyslexia and Related Disorder Accommodation Svc, and 06 General Education Dyslexia Support).

KNOWN ISSUE:  SRG1200 - Student Status Changes by Program - When this report is run with a Y in the Print Dyslexia Services Records no data is returned.  The report is not retrieving the coding values of 04,05, and 06 that have been entered on their demo 3>dyslexia services box.

This is scheduled to be fixed in the November 12th ASCENDER Software update.

For now, to review and update the dyslexia services values for students you can do the following:

Run SRG1200 - Student Status Changes by Program with Print Local Programs set to Y.

NOTE:  You can click the pdf to get the report that will list all students with a local program value entered (including dys) or you can click on csv and filter the report in excel to only look at students with the dys local programs value.  Confirm all students that should be coded dys are.

Click on the Demo 3 and review the Dyslexia Services box for the student and make any corrections necessary and save. Then click next. This will take you to the next student coded as dyslexic on local programs based on the home directory search described above. Continue reviewing students until complete.
