Leadership Development
Welcome to Region 16 Leadership Development
The Leadership Development Component works to improve communications between school districts and the Texas Education Agency. Leadership Development also assists districts in the area of general administration by providing needed expertise and information, as well as provide hands-on assistance to the districts in the form of technical assistance and training for district staff, administration and school board members.
