Finance > Reports > Finance Reports > Vendor/Purchase Order Reports > FIN2100 - 1099 forms
An issue has been reported that when the parameter “Print 1099 form only (1)” is selected, the two digit tax year is not printed. This applies to both Form 1099-MISC and Form 1099-NEC.
Currently, the blank for the year on the actual form must be completed manually.
The Non-preprinted form and electronic file option both properly reflect the tax year.
TCC is working on this issue and anticipate a correction as soon as possible.
Known Issue - W-2 Forms Parameter ‘Use Consent for Terminated Employees?’ N option is printing active employees
Payroll > Reports > Quarterly/Annual Reports > HRS 5100 - W-2 Forms
An issue has been reported in the parameters, when you select N-No for the parameter ‘Use Consent for Terminated Employees?’, it is printing W-2s for all employees, including active employees with an Electronic Consent of Yes on the Employment Info tab.
This parameter should only be using the filter for terminated employees and not active employees.
If you select Y-Yes for the parameter on the W-2 Forms and change the Electronic Consent for each terminated employee to N-No, it will print all terminated employees and those active employees with a N-No in the Electronic Consent option on the Employment Info tab.
If N-No is selected for the W-2 Forms parameter, then it will print ALL W-2s and you will have to send out actual printed W-2s to all employees.
TCC is working on this issue and anticipate a correction as soon as possible.
