IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
There is a known issue where the Food Allergy Disclosure Standard Form is not displaying correctly for parents when completing online registration. The issue seems to happen if the parents had previously completed the form (in previous years) and there were no food allergies listed. A student may have new food allergies. When the parent gets to the Food Allergy Disclosure Standard form, the Food Allergy column fields, and the Nature of allergic reaction to the food column fields are not displaying for parents to be able to enter data if the student has food allergies.
