For PEIMS Coordinators - Reminder to Use the Validator Tool
It is always a good idea (especially when you first begin) to run your PEIMS Interchange files through the Validator Tool. This will catch some errors with file(s) that you can correct before you load them to the edm. Click here for instructions on how to use the tool. Make sure to download the newest version (refer to instructions)
Important Information from TEA Trex Support TEam - TREx Users:
On Friday, November 17, 2023, the retention window and email notifications in TREx will be paused, preventing records and requests from being deleted by the system. TEA pauses the retention windows to allow users additional time to fulfill requests and download records. TREx will be returning to normal operations on December 1, 2023. TREx users are urged to fulfill requests and/or download all records on or before that date. Starting on December1, 2023, all records and requests older than 14 calendar days will be purged from the system and paused email notifications will resume their normal schedule. If you have any questions, you may enter a TIMS ticket by clicking this icon from the TREx application or send an email to [email protected].

A quick and easy way to clear your browser cache in both Firefox and Chrome.
CTRL + Shift + Del will bring up a pop up window that allows you to clear cache.
