Payroll has been enhanced to notify employees via email when their bank information is changed.
Personnel > Maintenance > Staff Demo > Demographic Information
Added a new feature to protect employee data. The employee will receive an email if any changes are saved to their bank information. The email will be sent to the employee's Work and/or Home E-mail address(es) listed on the Personnel > Maintenance > Staff Demo > Demographic Information page.
- If both email addresses are populated, the email will be sent to both emails.
- If the employee does not have an email address listed, the employee will not receive an email.
We would highly recommend that you run a User Created Report to verify that all employees have at least one email address populated on their Demographic Information screen in Personnel to ensure that they will be notified if any changes are made to their Bank Info in Payroll.
