Set Student At Risk Indicator Utility Marking Students Homeless Incorrectly

Registration > Utilities > Set Student At Risk Indicators

ISSUE:

The Set Student At Risk Indicators Utility is erroneously marking all students as Homeless on the At Risk tab.

During this process, the Homeless checkbox, At-Risk checkbox, and Begin Date field are all updated incorrectly.

OPTION/WORKAROUND:

Individual At Risk records can be manually updated on the at risk tab by removing the unchecking Indicator 12 Homeless on the At Risk tab (Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > At risk tab) but would have to be done on all students affected.

ACTION REQUIRED: DISTRICTS SHOULD NOT Run the Set Student At Risk Indicators Utility until the issue has been resolved.

SPECIAL NOTE: 

This does not affect the Homeless Status data on the Demo 3 tab.

While individual At Risk records can be corrected manually as a workaround, ASCENDER PROGRAMMING STAFF ARE working on this issue and will resolve it in an upcoming release.
