Important: Updated Guidance from TCC for Fall PEIMS Finance Data Submission (Budget & Payroll)

Updated Guidance:

  1. Close Period 10:
    • LEAs who have not yet closed accounting period 10 should do so as soon as possible.
    • Document any existing issues, including both FATAL errors and warnings, that need attention.
  2. New Feature Release:
    • Next week’s release (9.0400) will include a new screen in District Administration for LEAs to edit financial data (both Budget and Payroll) for Fall PEIMS reporting.
    • This new feature will allow LEAs to make corrections similar to the former process for editing "Frozen files," enabling faster turnaround and better control of submissions.

3. Resubmission Window:

    • The new screen will also support the resubmission process for LEAs needing further corrections after the initial submission deadline.

More information will be provided once the new feature is available.
