Some important reminders about ASDR (see the sign up form for additional information)
- All campuses in your district must complete every step of the End of Year checklist and return it to a single person in your district prior to the date scheduled for ASDR.
- A single person in your district must review EACH STEP of the End of Year Checklist for ALL campuses and confirm that the items have been successfully completed.
- Failure to complete the EOY checklist for each campus could result in incomplete data rolling over to the new school year.
- Two options for ASDR are available - Option 1 Do it Yourself, Option 2 Have an IMS Consultant assist you
- Districts will need to ensure they have 24-25 IMS Contracted Time (minimum of 1/2 day) if you choose for an IMS consultant to review EOY/ASDR readiness and assist with the ASDR process Typically, the time to complete the ASDR review and assist the district with completion does not surpass 4 hours.
