Region 16 ESC COVID-19 Work Protocols Guidance for Vaccinated and Unvaccinated Individuals
In all the case scenarios, staff are to notify your supervisor and Michelle Wilson immediately for guidance and support.
COVID Procedures
• Sept. 1, 2022 – Quarantine for 5 days if positive – no COVID leave (will use normal sick leave)
• When you return – we recommend you mask for the remainder of the 10 days.
• If you are certain you were exposed – we recommend you wear a mask for 10 days.
• If you are symptomatic for any illness – we request you stay home until your symptoms go away.
Testing Locations
Staff may be given a rapid test on site at Bell, Cleveland, and Nelson campuses at designated times throughout the week.
a. Asymptomatic staff members will be tested on site at each location. All testing will be conducted at 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. at each campus.
i. Bell Location: Report to the Executive Suite Kitchen entrance door
ii. Cleveland Location: TBD based on need
iii. Nelson Location: TBD Based on need
b. Symptomatic staff members will be tested at Bell Street by pulling up to the awning at Door #8 and texting 806.440.4522 when you arrive. Testing will be available from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. and as needed depending on number of tests assigned.
Cleveland Location: due to licensing requirements - testing will not be an option for the classroom staff. All others will be tested at the Bell Street location.
Nelson Location: Due to licensing requirements - testing will not be an option for Nelson Street staff.
